Our team will help in filing your dental insurance in order to maximize your benefits. Prior to your first hygiene visit, we will process a pre-determination to determine the level of coverage offered by your plan. The patient is responsible for the amount not covered by your insurance, and will be due at the time of your appointment. As an established patient, we will continue to review your insurance benefits for any treatment needs and provide pre-determinations at your request.
For those patients without dental insurance, Gillespie Dental Associates offers a monthly membership club, Gillespie Smiles, to provide the quality care you deserve at a price you can afford. The plan includes preventative care, any necessary X-rays, an emergency exam and discounted rates on restorative and cosmetic dental procedures. Members are on a monthly payment schedule. Gillespie Dental Associates accepts Cash, Check, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express, and Discover. All payments are due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we offer same day discounts.

- 3% discount when you pay with MasterCard®, Visa® or Debit Card
Senior Discounts for Patients age 65 and over:
- 10% discount when paying by cash or check
- 7% discount when paying by MasterCard® Visa® or Debit Card
For your convenience, you can also make your payments online.
